Geographically we're located "smack dab" in the middle of the continental U.S. in a town called Stillwater, Oklahoma. This means with just a couple days notice we can be anywhere in the lower 48 with our truck -- a transportable multi-path digital / analog Ku-band uplink truck, that is.

Red Dirt Communications is owned and operated by Nelson Durfey and Dennis Stacklin, who started the company back in October of 1996. Our Sat truck is continually updated to meet the fast-changing demands of live news coverage. You'll be hard pressed to find a better equipped and staffed Ku-band uplink truck in the country for breaking news, media tours, sporting events or corporate TV.
