"Pirates on the Prairie"

The 2009 Stillwater’s Annual Downtown Halloween Festival is Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Main Street and 7th Avenue. The festival theme is “Pirates on the Prairie.”  Activities this year include, costume contest, street performers, pirate band, trick or treating and inflatibles!  Check out our Ghosts of Downtown Stillwater movie below, and pictures of some of the "ghouls and goblins" that attended last year.
