The 2010 Stillwater’s Annual Downtown Halloween Festival is Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 5:00 to 9 p.m. at Main Street and 7th Avenue. The festival theme is “The Silver Scream" A Hollywood Halloween. Activities this year include, costume contest, street performers, pirate band, trick or treating and inflatibles!
